Статья посвящена проблеме взаимоотношений отца и сыновей американского философа и педагога Джона Дьюи (1859-1952). Материалы статьи позволяют дополнить образ выдающегося ученого, реформатора школы ХХ века яркими страницами семейной биографии, что позволяет глубже понять его роль как воспитателя своих сыновей.
