Law of explanatory activity of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan: concept and objectives

Purpose: To study the law-explaining activities of the highest judicial body of the Republic of Tajikistan. Methodology: We used a formal legal, logical method, a method of studying the legal framework. Novelty/originality/value: The article has a high scientific value, as it is one of the first attempts to consider the goals, objectives, content and essence of the law-explaining activities of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan. The activities of the Supreme Court aimed at ensuring a unified judicial practice in the country are carried out by the development and adoption of Plenum Decrees, which have important theoretical and practical significance in the law enforcement practice of the courts.
