Right to practice a profession

Purpose: Identification of key issues implement the right to practice a profession in modern conditions. Methodology: The author applied formal-legal method and comparative method, method of observation and theoretical modeling. Results: The author comes to a conclusion that despite the fact that in the process of maintaining the rule of law and protection human rights the fundamental role belongs to the lawyers, however, government intervention in the activities of the legal profession leads to the violation of the right to practice a profession and makes it impossible to carry out the tasks entrusted to the lawyer’s community. The organizational and legal offers directed on elimination of the revealed problems are brought.
