Currently, the management of most enterprises is facing the issue of improving the quality of personnel. Skilled workers have advantages in the labor market. The high quality of the company's personnel determines its competitiveness in market conditions. The issues of recruitment, selection and hiring of personnel are very relevant and are often found in the headlines of periodicals and fundamental publications, as well as in Internet resources. Among the researchers studying the issues of search, selection and recruitment of personnel, one can mention Bartol K.M., French W.L., Martin D.C., Anisimov V.M., Armstrong M., Belyaev M.K., Egorshin A.P., Zheleznov A.V., Kibanov A.Ya. Lawes B., Peindopton E., Samygin S.I., Serbinovsky B.Yu., Tana R.L. and others. However, there are a number of issues that require further study. The purpose of the study is to find specific ways to improve the quality of the company's personnel in modern conditions. The research methods are methods of analysis and synthesis, generalization, systematization, index method, graphical and tabular methods of presenting information. The article proves that recruitment of personnel is a key technology of the personnel management system. It is with its help that the professional and personal qualities of the applicant are clarified, as well as their compliance with the requirements for filling a vacant place is revealed. The authors propose new developments and additions to the recruitment technology.
