Creative personality forming model based on a problem-solving approach

The article is focused on construction of creative personality forming model in the context of its learning, training and development. This model is set up on the problem-solving approach characterized as educational strategy aimed at creative thinking and creative interpersonal relations; forming a creative personality in the process of joint activity while doing problemsolving tasks in social and professional spheres of different problematization. This model is understood as a creative personality forming frame with its functional, process and content characteristics. This frame contains three bases: the objective basis or aims of creative personality forming model with its components such as creative thinking, creative interpersonal relations, creative personality and activity, the process basis forming a creative personality when a teacher sets a challenging task and solves it together with his students, or the students themselves set and solve the challenging task, the problematization basis of learning content with its components such as finding/overcoming a contradiction; reshaping/restoring a text structure; having an alternative/its choosing; eliminating/finding the information. Implementing this model contributes to learning, training and development of a creative personality which is based on problem-solving approach.
