Search of priority areas of exhibition-contest activities for the revealing of the gifted children in the system of additional education

The article deals with the issue of the establishment of the system of additional education and the revealing of the gifted children in the sphere of the fine arts in Russia and the regulation of the system of the additional education at the federal level at the moment. “The circulating exhibition of children’s artworks” is defined as an important project of the priority directions for the revealing of the gifted children and teenagers.
