Beach areas in Crimea: the problems and prospects

The article describes the main development problems of beach areas of the Republic of Crimea, as well as the use of resources that have a direct impact on the organization of beach recreation in the region. The resorts of Crimea are of interest in tourists due to the unique combination of a comfortable climate, historical and cultural heritage, diverse landscape and recreational resources. However, despite the significant recreational and infrastructure potential, it is still impossible to talk about the efficient use of resources that have a direct impact on development level of beach recreation in the region. The subject of research is the resources, the rational use of which contributes to the development of beach recreation in the Crimea. The purpose of the study is to analyze the status and problems in the beach areas development of the Republic of Crimea.
