Trying to comprehend today on achievements, difficulties and perspectives of modern innovative movement in domestic education, it is necessary to address to its sources, to consider features of its origin and formation, on the basis of the carried-out historical and theoretical analysis to take possible lessons, to understand the reasons of successes and failures, to estimate its potential from the point of view of the solution of problems of school and pedagogics of a boundary of 2010 - the 2020th. From this point of view attempts to conceptualize understanding of pedagogical innovations in our country carried out in the middle of the 1990-s are of special interest.
