Пандемии и суицид: идеальный шторм и момент истины

На основе научных, актуальных эпидемиологических данных, документов ВОЗ и свода последних сообщений СМИ в обзоре показаны нейро-психиатрические и суицидологические проявления и последствия пандемиии коронавируса в контексте социально-экономических и психологических потрясений; препятствия и резервы антикризисной помощи с акцентом на возможности дистанционной помощи в общем населении и в группах -мишенях высокого риска психических расстройств и суицидального поведения. В этом свете с определённой долей осторожности предположены пессимальный и оптимальный (предпочтительный) варианты сдвигов в общественном сознании, структуре и функции антикризисных служб с аналогиями опыта пережитых человечеством пандемий.
