Basic concepts of personal-social approaches in education

The article describes the conceptual provisions of personal-social approach in education of students, shows its main differences from generally known personality-oriented approach. Personal-social approach in education of students is carried out through the synthesis of anthropocentric and socio-centric approaches. The essence of such integrative education is the integration in education of two mechanisms of educational process: 1) personalized (personal) relationships (micro level), in which the nature and intensity of development of subjects of education (teacher and pupils) depend on their personal characteristics and the type of relationships (they should be "supportive"); 2) system of socially-oriented relations (macro-level), the form of organization of which is the collective (organized humane community) associated with the society by various dependencies. Based on the determined goals of education, the article specifies the universal guidelines and the concept of "community", describes the patterns and principles, rules for the organizational work of teachers.
