Organization of the care for children with deviant behavior in the psychiatric hospital

The article presents the program of organizing of care for children with symptoms of deviant behavior. The realization of the program goes through the following stages: hospital - day hospital - home care within child-adolescent center of N. N. Solodnikov Omsk Psychiatric Hospital. The efficiency of the program was proven based on the results of clinical research of manifestations of the deviant syndrome. Also the series of psychological tests were performed to identify levels of pathologic aggression, affectability, suspicion and susceptibility. The evaluation of the QOL (quality of life) level of children was done before and after rehabilitation program.
