Analysing definition of the concept social strategy and function of social development of modern organization

The present article discusses the concept of categories of "social strategy". The study has identified and analysed groups of functions of organization social strategies. According to the results of the research it is noted that the social type of strategy is based on the social paradigm of organization development and the solution of the problem of social strategy categorical apparatus implementation is in the process of fundamental development or critical reconsideration of a number of bases and categories of sociology as well as strategy.
