The paper presents studies on the role of ontological components in shaping an anthropological vision of the world by Eastern Slavs. It considers the role of language as a means of coding the ontology as the semantic core of culture. The context and means of interpreting facts, processes, meanings of cultural phenomena are shown. The paper presents substantiation on correlation of certain categories of social being with the type of speech’ standards.
