Оланзапин в профилактике и лечении тошноты и рвоты, связанной с химиотерапией

Тошнота и рвота (ТиР), развивающаяся на фоне химиотерапии, оказывает значимое влияние на повседневную жизнь онкологических пациентов, снижая ее качество. В данной статье проведен анализ современных рекомендаций по лечению и профилактике ТиР, а также данных об эффективности трехкомпонентных режимов профилактики ТиР, являющихся стандартом поддерживающей терапии у пациентов, получающих высокоэметогенную терапию. Подробно рассмотрены данные о различных аспектах применения нейролептика оланзапина - экономически доступного, мощного и безопасного средства профилактики и лечения ТиР на фоне высокоэметогенной химиотерапии. Оценены перспективные направления изучения данного препарата в онкологической практике, а также препятствия, мешающие его внедрению в рутинную клиническую практику российских онкологов.
