Assessing the use of innovative solutions in logistics operations

The relevance of the study is due to the fact that logistics plays a significant role in the sustainable development and functioning of economic systems. At the same time, as practical experience and theoretical research show, the role of logistics is constantly increasing. This confirmed the development of Russian business in the last two years, during the period of anti-Russian sanctions. Increasing the efficiency of logistics operations requires the introduction of innovative solutions. There are quite a lot of them on the market. To implement a rational choice, the article proposes a special decision-making procedure. It is based on a joint assessment of target logistics effects and life cycle costs of logistics innovations.
