Evaluation of "smart city" indicators based on data from open sources

The article is devoted to the analysis of data from open sources to assess the performance of the «smart city». For the study, we selected indicators in the field of ICT infrastructure (access to the Internet in public places, public traffic system, traffic efficiency and its efficiency), environment (natural gas emissions, noise monitoring, solid waste treatment and energy saving) and social inclusion citizens in city management processes (public participation, opportunities for people with disabilities, Gini coefficient).
