General and specific principles for the implementation of the pedagogical concept of the formation of military professional motivation for cadets of universities of the Russian guard

The problem of the formation of military-professional motivation of cadets at the present stage of development of society is becoming one of the most important for the universities of the Russian Guard. The purpose of the article is a theoretical analysis and justification of the general and specific principles for the implementation of the pedagogical concept of the formation of military professional motivation for cadets of universities of the Russian Guard. The principles, along with regularities, form the core of the developed concept and play a regulatory role in relation to it. The following were attributed to the general principles for the implementation of the pedagogical concept: the connection between theory and practice, systematicity and consistency, value-based validity, contingency, activity and openness, self-actualization and self-realization, purposefulness and effectiveness. The specific principles for the implementation of the pedagogical concept included the following principles: the formation of professionalism of cadets, the conscious management of career prospects by cadets, the orientation of cadets towards socially significant values, the professional and personal development of cadets, the collectivistic nature of military-patriotic activities, the invariance of patriotic education of cadets, motivated research activities cadets, polysubjective interaction of cadets. The principles identified in the course of the study provide purposefulness, organization and methodological support for the process of forming military-professional motivation for cadets of universities of the Russian Guard.
