Justification of the possibility of manufacturing large-sized autoclaved concrete blocks

The known methods of autoclaving of a concrete mixture have a disadvantage - autoclaving of a concrete mixture in them is made in an autoclave only through the open surface of a concrete mixture in a mold. As a result, the autoclave curing of a concrete mixture spreads in depth from the open surface of the mixture in the mold,depending on the density of the concrete, only by 200-600 mm, which limits the dimensions of autoclaved concrete block. In order to make it possible to manufacture large-sized autoclaved concrete blocks of unlimited sizes, it is proposed to perform the autoclave curing not in an autoclave into which a mold with a concrete mixture is placed but in an autoclave mold with a sealed cover, and not only through an open surface of a slag-lime autoclaved mixture in an autoclave mold, but also in addition through the steam wells located in the autoclave mixture at a given distance from each other. The carried out researches on the distribution of autoclave curing effect from a steam well in a concrete mixture on a laboratory stand "radial form-autoclave " have shown the possibility of autoclaving of a concrete mixture in the form of an autoclave mold through steam wells.
