Objects of the patent law in science and innovations domain

The paper presented a comprehensive study of subjects to patent rights in the domain of science and innovations. The dominant features and functions for objects of the patent law have been revealed. On the grounds of the systemic approach, the author explored and substantiated "external" and "internal" factors that determine in the aggregate urgency of revising the rules and regulations of the Russian legislation securing the institution of the patent.
