The problem of developing the officer’s pedagogical culture in the line of military service

The researchers present a brief account of experimental work implementing the model of the officer’s pedagogical culture development in the line of his military service. The article defines the structure of the officer’s pedagogical culture with general pedagogical, subpedagogical, professional and personality components combined. The authors set up provisions that for comprehensive and complex development of the officer’s pedagogical culture it is necessary to activate psychological mechanisms and factors of development of this professionally important personality’s quality.
