Legal aspects of quality management of hotel services in the Russian Federation

This paper presents the main parameters of the quality of hotel services, legal documents are considered as the factors of quality hotel services, states the main directions of improving the legal framework and efficient use of the hotel enterprises to improve the quality of services provided.
