Heterogeneity of spatial location of Russian big businesses

Big businesses in the Russian economy have the features of its development and territorial placement. This article shows the uneven distribution of big businesses in the Russian Federation, the regions are classified in terms of presence of big businesses and the dynamics of the Herfindahl- Hirschman Index in terms of investment in fixed assets in the Russian Federation from 1995 to 2009 is analyzed.
