В работе проведен анализ современных работ, посвященных наследственной форме рака молочной железы. Выделены основные отличия наследственной и спорадической форм рака молочной железы по клиническому течению, патоморфологическим характеристикам и факторам прогноза. Описаны основные виды профилактики развития наследственной формы рака молочной железы, применяемые в мировой практике: динамическое наблюдение, лекарственная и хирургическая профилактика.
