Motivation of the personnel as element of system strategic management to the enterprises

Strategic business management represents management of formation of competitive labor capacity of the enterprise which allows it to survive, develop and achieve the objects in a long-term outlook. However heads of the majority of firms concentrate the attention on production management, the need for development of optimum models of work incentives of workers arises marketing, finance while the insufficient attention is paid to improvement of a system motivation of the personnel, in this regard.
