Interdisciplinary practical lessons in special physical and tactical-special training and administrative activity as an active form of formation of professionally important competencies among cadets and listeners of educational organizations of MIA of Russia

The article is devoted to the improvement problems of the educational process for cadets and listeners of educational organizations of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs system for disciplines of practice-oriented departments. During the analysis of the specialized literature on this subject the authors revealed the consolidation of the scientists’ opinions on the need for active implementation of the integrated approach to the organization of educational process in institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. It has been found that the level of graduates’ preparedness of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the effective implementation of the duties assigned to them in risk situations in emergency circumstances in conditions of use of weapons and special means is directly dependent on interaction degree during the educational process of the teachers from the following departments: «Tactical-special training», «Physical training and sports» and « Administrative activities». Considering that almost all police units are the subjects of administrative activity and they are involved in the process of protection of public order, public security, and any of the administrative procedures, in cases of disobedience to legal requirements by a police officer it can end with his application of physical strength and special means, so the need for interrelated and integrated training of future police officers on practice-oriented disciplines has been proved. In the course of scientific research, some problems of interdisciplinary teaching of cadets and listeners of educational organizations of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as prospective directions of the process improvement have been proposed. According to the authors, one of the main directions of the process improvement of interdisciplinary training for cadets and listeners is its filling by the elements of practice for police officers and the development of new methods, which would reflect the specifics of future professional activities. The solution of these problems is suggested by the processing of working program documentation of the disciplines of profile departments in order to eliminate temporal inconsistencies of studying of topics, having a related nature, and on the basis of the analysis of interdisciplinary connections to fill the educational process by complex lessons in three or if it is necessary in more disciplines.
