Method of complex objects resource design on the example of air transport complex

Subject of resource design method in this paper are the complex objects (transport complex), which differently designate as semistructured, complex-structured, non-traditional, large-scale, organized, possessing “free will” objects. It is explores and develops the non-physical, non-material organizational component of complex objects involved in appropriate technospheric activity. The method is developing during two decades and has extensive practical implementation.
