Место и роль резекции в хирургическом лечении локализованного рака предстательной железы

Введение. Рак предстательной железы на сегодняшний день является одной из главных проблем в онкоурологии. Благодаря стремительным темпам роста индустрии здравоохранения возрастает качество оказания медицинской помощи. При этом повышается процент выявления рака предстательной железы в отношении локализованных форм. Последние достижения магнитно-резонансной томографии позволяют определять очаги подозрительные на опухоль в различных анатомических областях предстательной железы. Работы последних лет описывают, так называемую, резекцию предстательной железы при «переднем» раке как альтернативу стандартному лечению. Целью данной работы явилась оценка роли резекции предстательной железы в онкоурологической клинической практике. Материалы и методы. Проанализировано 59 публикаций, посвященных вопросам лечения локализованного рака предстательной железы. Результаты. Изложенные в исследовании малоинвазивные методики по мнению авторов показывают высокую эффективность в сохранении эректильной функции и удержания мочи при хирургическом лечении локализованной формы рака предстательной железы. Учитывая результаты, подобные оперативные вмешательства могут быть альтернативной тактикой между активным наблюдением и радикальной про-статэктомией у пациентов с локализованным раком предстательной железы. Заключение. Данные методики являются альтернативными и предполагают дальнейшее определение показаний для их выполнения. Однако, для этого требуется проведения большего количества исследований и оптимизации визуализационных методов диагностики рака простаты.
