Health service of the population in Daghestani cities in the 1946-1960's

In the article the problems of medical provision of institutions with regulatory tools for effective service of the population have been considered. The attention is focused on the specific character of the rationale of labour standards for different categories of medical staff. In the article the author shows the role of the Russian intelligentsia in staffing the health service in Daghestani cities in the 1946-1960s.
