The article discusses the use of relationship marketing in modern enterprises. The concepts of marketing, the stage of customer relationship are highlighted, eight stages of the development of loyalty that the buyer can go through when interacting with the company are described. The levels of development of relationship marketing are structured, three types of interaction of relationship marketing with the enterprise management system are identified.
