Стриктуры мочеточника - наиболее частое урологическое осложнение после трансплантации почки. До недавнего времени основным вариантом лечения являлись открытые оперативные вмешательства. По мере накопления опыта, развития и совершенствования эндоскопического инструментария, малоинвазивные технологии стали широко применяться у реципиентов почечного трансплантата. На сегодняшний день у большинства больных с пересаженной почкой и стриктурой мочеточника первым этапом выполняется эндоурологическое пособие. В статье приводится современные литературные данные, взятые из Medline и Pubmed, по эффективности различных вариантов эндоскопического лечения (стентирование мочеточника, баллонная дилатация, Acucise-эндотомия, эндоуретеротомия). Проанализирован мировой опыт по тактики лечения пациентов, у которых развился рецидив после эндоскопического вмешательства.
