Криминальная виктимность несовершеннолетних в Российской Федерации: состояние, структура, тенденции (результаты статистического наблюдения)

На основе официальных статистических данных МВД России за 2009-2022 гг. проведено статистическое измерение криминальной виктимности несовершеннолетних. Установлены состояние, структура и тенденции криминальной виктимности несовершеннолетних, с учетом её количественных и качественных показателей. Отмечается тенденция роста криминальной виктимности несовершеннолетних, изменение её структуры в сторону феминизации, возрастание наиболее опасных последствий - детской криминальной смертности и детского криминального травматизма. Определены основные виды или группы преступлений, в результате совершения которых несовершеннолетним чаще других причиняется вред: неуплата средств на содержание детей, побои, кражи, насильственные действия сексуального характера и автотранспортные преступления.
