Концепция совместного производства публичных услуг: вопросы интерпретации и эволюция

В работе раскрывается сущность концепции совместного производства публичных услуг. Автор показывает, что содержание понятия «совместное производство» публичных услуг менялось синхронно с эволюцией публичного управления, приобретая особое звучание в рамках соответствующей парадигмы, и делает вывод, что новое звучание концепция совместного производства приобретает в рамках парадигмы new public governance, в рамках которой можно говорить о реальном участии граждан в производстве публичных услуг. В то же время остается серьезная проблема деформализации такого участия.
