Constructive quality coefficients of lightweight centrifuged concrete on alkali-activated water

Бесплатный доступ

In this work, a comparative assessment of the densities, strength characteristics and constructive quality coefficients of heavy centrifuged concrete, lightweight centrifuged concrete and lightweight centrifuged concrete made using alkali-activated water is carried out. It has been established that the use of a combined coarse aggregate with a rationally selected grain composition and an optimal volumetric content of a coarse porous aggregate, as well as activated water in centrifugation technology, makes it possible to obtain the most effective low-volume structures of an annular section with an increased constructive quality coefficient. The further prospect of research in terms of the development of the formulation of lightweight dispersion-reinforced centrifuged concretes and the search for technological methods of uniform distribution of fiber in the process of centrifugation has been determined.
