Data on clinical-dynamic features of affective disorders comorbid with personality disorders as compared with cases of affective disorders without this comorbidity have been obtained and influence of comorbidity of affective disorders and personality disorders on the level of self-reported social adaptation in respective patients has been shown. Investigation of clinical-pathophysiological features of content of proteins of the Akt1/GSK-3ß signaling pathway and study of distribution of polymorphisms of AKT1 genes in patients with affective disorders have been carried out and also association of these indicators with severity of depression and response to antidepressant therapy has been assessed. The occurrences of some candidate genes in comorbidity of affective disorders and chronic IHD at cardiological hospital as well as levels of cortisol and dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate in respective patients have been assessed.
