Клиническо-генетические особенности суицидального поведения больных, зависимых от синтетических катинонов

В статье представлены данные обзора литературы и материал собственных исследований авторов, раскрывающий феномен суицидального поведения у зависимых от синтетических катинонов (СК) - нового поколения «дизайнерских» синтетических наркотических средств. Описаны основные сходства и различия патогенетических нейробиологических механизмов формирования аддиктивного и суицидального поведения. Цель статьи: анализ ассоциации суицидального поведения и тревоги, и выявление их распространённости среди зависимых от синтетических катинонов. Материал и методы: Обследовано 349 человек, в том числе 182 мужчины (23,7±0,8 лет) с сформированной зависимостью от стимуляторов (F15.2) и 167 здоровых лиц (22,8±0,6 года). Клинико-психопатологическим методом оценивалось суицидальное поведение, тревога в различные стадии интоксикации синтетическими катионами. Дополнительно проводилось генетическое исследование. Была выделена ДНК (фенолхлороформный метод) и проведён анализ распределения частот генотипов и аллелей полиморфных локусов rs6313 гена HTR2A и rs6296 гена HTR1B, определена ассоциация результатов генотипирования с отдельными формами суицидально поведения...
