Chinese experience in personnel management in global companies Abstract: over the past thirty years, Chinese companies have learned to use their approach in personnel management. What is often perceived as strictly controlled development of state capitalism is in fact a rapidly evolving system in which companies have to work hard to maintain the growth rate and confront crisis situations, as well as to survive in the conditions of mass urbanization, huge rural markets, fierce competition and widespread corruption. The article deals with aspects of the Chinese experience of personnel management in global companies.
