Отсутствие снижения летальности при кардиогенном шоке (КШ) в течение последнего десятилетия, несмотря на большое количество исследований проблемы и достигнутые успехи в лечении инфаркта миокарда (ИМ), определяет необходимость поиска новых подходов к исследованию проблемы с целью выявления новых возможностей для изменения сложившейся ситуации. В статье анализируется опыт завершившихся клинических изысканий, характеризуются перспективные исследования, посвященные лечению КШ.
