Экспериментальные исследования показали, что каннабиноиды вызывают гипотензию и брадикардию, которые являются следствием стимуляции каннабиноидных СВ1-рецепторов. Каннабиноид-индуцированная брадикардия является результатом симпатолитического и ваготонического действия каннабиноидов.
