Referring to the effectiveness of rhetorical training of the internal affairs agencies’ officers in the system of advanced training

The article reads about the Internal Affairs agencies’ officers’ need and recognized desire to take up rhetorical training. Basing on the results of the survey (building experiment) conducted at the All-Russian Advanced Training Institute the author makes the conclusions concerning effectiveness of rhetorical training as additional professional training for the Internal Affairs agencies’ officers who take up advanced training schemes.
