This article deals with the didactic opportunities of application of the Internet resources and social networks for students studying foreign languages. The Internet is present in all areas of human life including education. The application of Informational computer technologies contributes to the development of the basic cultural competence. The social network TikTok contains a lot of educational and cultural content.
