To question about axiological measurement of lecturer's continuing professional education

The article touches upon some aspects of values of a lecturer of continual professional education belonging to a higher school of our country. In the light of these facts special attention is paid to the current understanding of the essence and content of the process of education as well as to the phenomenology of axiological measurement of continual education of a human being.
