Despite the improvement of the epizootic situation of animal brucellosis in the Russian Federation, this infection still occupies one of the leading places among diseases representing an economic and social threat. One of the main ways to improve the effectiveness of antibrucellar measures is by means of specific prophylaxis with the use of vaccines that meet the current environmental safety requirements for immunizing drugs. The vaccine B. abortus RB-51 produced in the USA is widely used for the rehabilitation of cattle from brucellosis in other countries, including the Republic of Kazakhstan. According to the results of our preliminary studies, it has been established that the vaccine from the strain RB-51 at a dose of 1 billion CFU/ml protected 35.6% of guinea pigs from infection, and at a dose of 2 billion CFU/ml - 55.6%. Object of our research interest was the study of the immunological properties of the vaccine with an increase in the immunizing dose of Brucella...
