The vegetative regulation changes in patients with the occupational dorsopathies

Article related to the actual problem of modern medicine - the preservation of the health of persons, who working in conditions of functional overstrain of the musculoskeletal and the peripheral nervous system. As a result of the conducted researches the features of a vegetative regulation in patients with a occupational cervical and lumbal dorsopathies are studied by spectral analysis of heart rate variability. It was found that patients with occupational dorsopathies are expressed in the form of vegetative disorders, marked predominance of parasympathetic regulation mechanisms in 74 % of cases, due to pathological vertebral effects on peripheral autonomic structures. The flexion trial - is a most informative load test to detect autonomic dysfunction in patients with occupational dorsopathies. These scientific results will allow in the future to control and direct treatment and preventive measures in order to preserve the professional longevity.
