Historical heritage in constitutional norms

Introduction: the purpose of the study was to study different approaches to the interpretation of the concept of ideology, the process of consolidation and development of state ideology in Russia. The analysis of the regularities of the development of the ideological function of the state was carried out through the prism of the axiological approach to the understanding of law and the essence of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, its development in the national legislation.
