The effect of the complex use of fly ash and nanosilica as additives on the physical and mechanical properties and structure formation of cement stone has been studied. It was determined that after replacing 30% of cement with fly ash, the strength characteristics of the cement stone retain their strength. Dependences of the structure formation of a composite binder for floor mix on the amount of an active mineral additive - nanosilica and a plasticizer are established. The performed differential scanning calorimetry showed changes in the composition of the compositions and revealed the formation of new phases.
