Study of the features of corporate real estate development projects and the development of options for their classification

The authors considered development projects implemented in the process of managing corporate real estate in public joint stock company «Sberbank». As a result of the analysis of their distinctive features, general approaches to systematizing the characteristics of such objects are proposed and a two-stage scheme of the process of managing the formation of corporate real estate development projects is presented, which can be recommended for use by companies with large portfolios of real estate objects
