Using SIFT and PHASH algorithms to detect duplicate images

In this paper we consider two approaches to search for fuzzy duplicate images - based on the SIFT-descriptor and perceptual hash. The results of experimental study of these two algorithms on image collections, their comparison with the average expert evaluation and analysis of the results are presented.
