Modern AI technologies are rapidly developing. Systems with artificial intelligence are being actively introduced into our lives, and artificial intelligence itself is becoming a full-fledged subject of public relations. Recognition of the legal personality of artificial intelligence could be a significant step in defining and regulating the relationship of rights and obligations between subjects of law and artificial intelligence, which will undoubtedly require major changes in legislation, the education system and public perception of artificial intelligence.
