Institutional environment of Russia: regional aspect

In the article the task to estimate the institutional environment of the region is set. Special attention is paid to the institute of investment development and the institutional norms of the region. Influence of investments on considered processes is analyzed indicators of efficiency of development of regions, the loudspeaker of the institutional environment, and also growth of differentiation of regions by efficiency of economy. Observed strong linear communication between a gross regional product of the region and investments into fixed capital for regions of the Northwest of Russia confirms influence of institute of investment development on an indicator of the gross regional product reflecting quantitative value of efficiency economy of the region. This problem is not sufficiently studied and requires further research.
