Innovation approaches to the solution of priority tasks of food industry with the use of energy-saving technology and equipment

The article highlights data of the state of food and processing industry. At present in many branches of agribusiness industry there are system problems including the lack of agricultural raw materials with qualitative characteristics for industrial processing; obsolescence and physical deterioration of technical means, lack of production facilities by the types of agricultural raw materials processing; low level of competitiveness of the Russian manufacturers of food products at food markets; weak infrastructure of storage, transportation and logistics of food products distribution; insufficient compliance of environmental requirements in industrial zones of food industry enterprises. The analysis of food and processing industry in terms of market economy shows the rates of updating basic production facilities in different branches are insufficient to provide domestic market with domestic products based on import substitution. In this connection priority tasks in the sphere of food products production are modernization of companies with implementation of modern achievements of science and engineering in agricultural business to reduce energy consumption; application of resource saving and technologies and means in food and processing industry. Pastry industry is not an exception in the solution of such problems. Nowadays there is the urgent necessity of development and implementation of advanced technologies on the basis of efficient technical means which help to prevent such problems. Advanced technology on the basis of efficient technical means such as a mixing tool can solve this problem. The article gives brief classification of the equipment to mix food media and its analysis is performed. The necessity to develop advanced progressive technologies on the basis of efficient technical means the implementation of which provides integrated mechanization and automation of technological processes to produce free-running food media.
